We reserve our staff’s time, room, and products for you and begin exclusive preparations for your visit. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Modrn thanks you for your courtesy and consideration!
Give Yourself the Gift of Time
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reserved time to fill out guest forms so our wellness concierge team can prepare your treatment. Upon arrival, we kindly ask you turn your cell phone off to maintain the serenity of the space.
Gratuity
Cash is preferred, but tipping on card and Venmo (if practitioner has it) is also allowed.
Cancellation policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and provide the best possible service, we have established the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full service fee.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency. We will review these on a case-by-case basis. Contacting us does not guarantee an exception will be made, but we will do our best to find a solution.
Refund Policy
Modrn Sanctuary does not offer refunds on packages, prepaid services or gift cards.
Expired Packages
Please make sure to check the expiration date of any packages and services purchased. Modrn does not refund, reimburse or credit expired services, packages or sessions.
